The prices of our Services are determined by the size of the area, the current condition of the area, and the specific cleaning needs of the Client. We will meet with you during a Consultation Appointment prior to any service, in order to discuss any cleaning specifications and possible pricing. A Quotation will also be provided prior to any service, complete with all specifications as discussed in the Consultation Appointment.

Our Routine Cleaning Services and Window Cleaning Services will be billed monthly. As with all other Services, payment will be due upon completion. For Services totaling over $1,000.00, half of the payment will be due one week prior to the Service, and the other half due upon completion.

If you have any special requests, specifications, or questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We would be happy to do anything and everything we can to accommodate your needs, because our Clients are always our first priority.

Your Price always includes all labor and equipment. We are also fully Insured and Bonded.
