General Cleanup
Clean walls, dust ceilings and ceiling fans, clean trim, baseboards, window frames, and door frames, dust handrails, mantels, clean sides and tops of doors, remove any paint, mud, and debris from hinges, clean interior masonry, vacuum carpet, clean floors, clean windows and remove any stickers, clean light fixtures and bulbs, clean electrical switches and outlets, remove floor vents so that you can vacuum ducts, clean inside closets, inside cabinets, and on top of shelves, clean blinds/shutters, remove and dispose of all trash, remove and dispose of any protective plastic film.
Entry and Exits
Clean doors, vacuum and dust entryway, sweep and clean porch, clean threshold, clean exterior lights and remove any stickers, pressure wash driveway, porch, deck, etc., wipe around light switches and power points, skirting tiles and skirting boards.
